Chief Executive Officer
Gary joined DHI as CEO in June of 2016. His 31 years of oil and gas experience covers a wide range of operational and leadership roles.
His career began working in field operations in North and West Africa on and offshore serving the Production Well Testing, Drill Stem Testing, and Production Asset Management in remote location Early Production Facilities. Later in his career he moved into management and leadership roles in Latin America, North Africa and the Middle East dedicated to starting new market operation, growing business in tough markets and developing world class teams
In his time at TETRA Technologies he developed the production testing division to be a leading global player and developed the flow-back and well testing business segment to be the most profitable and geographically wide spread division in the company.
Gary has been in executive roles in leading oilfield service companies since 2001 and a Field Engineer sine 1988 and brings a vast range of technical, strategic and innovative skills to the company.
Gary holds a BSc. in Global Business Administration and a post grad certificate in corporate leadership from Rice University, Houston.
Chief Financial Officer
Hunter is the Chief Financial Officer of DHI and is based in Salt Lake City where he manages the Company’s financial and administrative operations. In addition to his accounting and financial oversight responsibilities, Hunter contributes to strategic and operational decisions at DHI.
Prior to joining DHI, Hunter was an investment and operations professional for four years at Lincolnshire Management, in New York City. At Lincolnshire, he was also responsible for evaluating potential investment opportunities, obtaining financing for investments, and working closely with portfolio company management teams to develop and execute strategic plans. Prior to Lincolnshire, he was an Analyst at Bank of America for two years in Charlotte, NC and New York City.
Hunter holds degrees in Economics and Statistics with Honors from the University of Michigan.
Executive Vice President
Michael joined the Dalbo executive team July of 2016 as Vice President of Corporate Development, and later promoted to Executive Vice President in 2018. He brings executive leadership and management experience across oil and gas market segments both domestic and international. He has successfully managed business units with over $235 million in annual revenue with regional offices across 5 states.
His experience includes field operations, gas processing, small cap construction in the oil and Gas Industry, production facility maintenance, offshore production, asset management, and engineering services.
Michael’s passion for people combined with a tremendous understanding the oil and gas market segments and business principles is rare and endlessly valuable.
Over his career Michael has sharpened his leadership skills with extensive executive leadership education at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business
