WATER TREATMENT

 DESCRIPTION

Using produced water for on-the-fly blending or full reuse requires consistent treatment performance and reliable quality control. DHI delivers engineered water treatment systems designed to produce stable, repeatable water quality under changing field conditions.

Our treatment platforms are modular and scalable, enabling flow capacity to increase as demand grows. Systems integrate oil separation, coalescent removal of residual hydrocarbons, fine solids filtration, and managed storage to buffer variable inflow and offtake rates. Chemical dosing points are distributed throughout the process for precise control of water chemistry. Optional filtration stages, including sock or nutshell media, are incorporated when higher clarity is required.

All systems are tailored to incoming water characteristics and target reuse specifications. Automated monitoring and control systems maintain performance, support remote oversight, and provide operational visibility.

DHI engineering teams design, deploy, and operate these systems and integrate them directly with DHI water transfer infrastructure to deliver treated water where and when it is needed.
